Using the KozyGuru "Owners Portal" on Desktop Devices

June 17, 2021This Owners Portal is a tool where our property owners can keep track of the property performance. Property owner can check the most up-to-date booking situation and also earning of the property.
User guide are provided below:
Login System
Go to KozyGuru Website: https://www.kozyguru.com/
Click on the top right corner "Login Owner's Portal"
Enter your account password and click on Sign in
System Features
You will see three buttons in the left column (as shown in the picture)
1) Click on the logo: to check current month revenue & account Listing Overview
2) Click on Report: to view the occupancy history report, or select an individual property account to view.
3) Click on Calendar: to view the occupancy status of the properties in your account, or use the drop down menu in the top right hand corner to select the time period you would like to view. To view individual properties, please click on the property code. (An example is on the next page)
Individual listing Calendar
Click on a property code to see the individual status of a property
1) Tap Airbnb Listed: to view the Airbnb booking site.
2) Click on the date or left/right to adjust: to see the status of orders for different months.
3) Click on Orders:View order status, including days, number of people and revenue.
