Walk forward along the left-hand stairs until you see a wooden gate
Reach inside to unlock it and you can enter
Follow the wooden walkway to the right, and you can see the back door of the main house.
Continue along the wooden walkway and turn left.
You can see a blue granny flat, which is your residence.
There is a padlock to the left of the entrance
Open the padlock with code : 6972Pull the black button with the white arrow pointing down.
Use the gate on the left one to enter and push the button to open

Free street parking on Excelsior Pde, front to kerb
We recommend parking at the ends of the street, as parking directly in front of the house might result in bird droppings on your car.
Since there are no allocated parking spaces on the street, neighbors are generally okay with parking in front of their properties.
