We screen all potential guests, only renting to those with positive feedback. Additionally, we provide a house guide to ensure guests are aware of your house rules. For added peace of mind, Airbnb offers insurance protection up to 1 million dollars in property and personal liability coverage.

3.What are the options for giving KozyGuru my keys?

You have several options for giving us your keys:


- Send your keys directly to our office.

- Book a key collection when you fill out the information form (a fee may apply).
- Leave the key with your building’s concierge (please provide details).
- Put the keys in a lockbox (please provide details).

4.How do you handle property damage and inconsistencies?

Upon arrival, we photograph and document any property damage and inconsistencies. We will send you an inspection report for reference. Additionally, Airbnb provides Host Protect Insurance, covering up to $1,000,000 for any damage made by guests.

5.How often do hosts get paid and how is payment processed?

Hosts get paid once a month. We will issue statements and deposit payments into your selected account by the last day of the month. Additionally, we will send you a monthly report detailing all of the guests you have had during the calendar month.
